KING'S KIDS
King’s Kids is our music and drama ministry for children ages 4 through the 8th Grade. They meet from September through December.
King’s Kids ministers in many ways:
- Kids can learn about God through the message in the play and the songs
- Kids establish relationships with other children in the community so that they have peers that they can connect with in an unstable world
- Kids establish relationships with adults who love them and want to see them establish a relationship with God
- Kids can explore their God-given talents and develop them
- Kids can learn real drama- the full gamut; lights, costumes, blocking, etc.
- Kids can have fun, work hard and experience the outcome of a quality musical production for their friends and family
Details about the production:
- Rehearsal every Sunday for approximately 10 weeks-3:45 pm-5:00 pm
- Production usually attended by 400 people
- Kids are aged 4 years to those in 8th grade
- Special needs children have participated - all are welcome!
